students are excited! Anna starts the poster. She is Native American. She draws
a girl in a Native American dress. Pedro is Mexican. He draws a Mexican hat.
Eva is Dutch. She draws some wooden shoes. “They are called clogs,” says Eva.
Gita is Indian. “I want to draw an Indian dress,” she says sadly, “but the girl
already has a dress.”Ms. Roberts says, “I think she’s hungry. Why not give her
some delicious food?” “It’s a great idea!” says Gita. She draws a big bowl of
Indian curry. Now the poster is perfect!
